Sidney A. (Trey) Weiss, Chief Executive Officer

Trey Weiss founded TransTech Medical Solutions in 2001 and has guided the company to industry leadership through achieving strong organic growth and instilling a culture of exceptional client service. His strong financial and technical background ensures that TransTech maintains its industry-leading position in clinical documentation solutions and services.  Mr. Weiss a holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Texas.

Tracy L. Boesch, President and Chief Operating Officer

Tracy Boesch joined TransTech Medical Solutions as its President and Chief Operating Officer in 2005.  Prior to joining TransTech, Ms. Boesch held senior management positions at Lernout & Hauspie Healthcare Solutions, Heartland Information Services and MedQuist Inc. During her tenure as president of TransTech, the company has achieved significant growth and record client retention.  Ms. Boesch is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and oversees all aspects of operations, quality assurance, sales and client services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida.

Jeff McKee, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Throughout his 20+ year career in the transcription services and clinical documentation industry, Jeff McKee has distinguished himself as a dynamic industry leader with a track record of success. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, his responsibilities include expansion of the company’s client portfolio, strategic partner relationships and product management.  His experience and deep understanding of the operational aspect of transcription services enables him to conduct detailed client assessments and deliver custom-tailored solutions. Mr. McKee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.

Debbie Hood, Director of Operations

With more than 20 years of operational management experience in the medical transcription industry, Ms. Hood manages TransTech’s account managers, supervisors and trainers while ensuring that all contract deliverables are met on a consistent basis. Her teams create, edit and disseminate all client-specific training materials. Ms. Hood also develops staffing models for new client implementations and ensures the timely achievement of all project milestones.

Wendy D. Mercer, Quality Assurance Manager

Following a decade-long career as a medical transcriptionist, Wendy Mercer joined TransTech Medical Solutions as Quality Assurance Manager in 2002. Ms. Mercer oversees a team of 15 Quality Assurance Specialists and is responsible for administering TransTech’s rigorous quality assurance standards for all TransTech clients.  She is also responsible for maintaining the quality training curriculum for new and existing employees.

Monique Newsome, Human Resources Director

Monique Newsome joined TransTech Medical Solutions in 2009.  She has held a variety of roles within the medical transcription industry throughout her career, including payroll and benefits administrator for Lernout & Hauspie Healthcare Solutions.  Since assuming her current role, Ms. Newsome has responsibility for employee compensation and incentive programs for TransTech’s nationwide workforce.  Ms. Newsome also oversees the Company’s HIPAA education and ongoing privacy certification programs for all company employees.
